What is ParkSide Ave’s return policy?
ParkSide Ave. will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered, unworn, and free of damages from the customer. For a refund or exchange, contact us via Customer Support within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Certain items are non-returnable and will be noted as such.

How do I return an item?
You can initiate a return by visiting the Customer Support. If your order was fulfilled by someone other than ParkSide Ave. be sure to contact the Vendor directly. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return.

How much will I be refunded when I return an item?
The amount you’ll be refunded is the amount you paid for the item. Allow up to 14 business days after we receive your returned items to process your refund.

Can’t return an item? Sell or Trade-In the item
Sell your item for cash to other ParkSide Ave. customers (no listing fees for individual sellers, set your own price, pay only when your item sells). Click here to sell on ParkSide Ave.

Are any products non-returnable?
Not many, but yes. We don’t accept returns of the following merchandise: select personal care items, hazardous items, pay-as-you-go products (phone, games), some jewelry, gift cards, charitable donations, grocery products, flowers and live indoor plants, open software, and live insects. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
